Xiaomi | 14 Series Experiential Event
Intro
This year, we organized and implemented an experiential launch event to introduce the new innovative smartphone series XIAOMI 14 and the flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
The Challenge
Our primary challenge was to design an engaging and experiential event for every attendee emphasizing the importance of collaboration between Xiaomi and Leica and demonstrating the superiority and advanced features of the XIAOMI 14 Series smartphones. The guests, including 15 journalists and 35 retail representatives, stakeholders and KOL’s had the chance to discover, through different experiential areas, the camera’s innovation and unlimited possibilities.
The Solution
We created a unique combination of keynote session and interactive activations, at the same time. We chose a well-known presenter and famous influencer as the host and an impressive floating venue in Attica riviera for the event. An amazing molecular cocktail show became the content of an extraordinary photo shooting session. Our attendees were educated by Xiaomi experts on the unique features of the new Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The photos and videos from the participants were uploaded live to the big screen, located in the keynote area. Additionally, in the peripheral photo shooting corners the participants had the opportunity to take a picture (from a professional photographer). Special light effects and shadows demonstrating the details that camera can capture, different location background or erasing elements with the AI feature were some of the experiences of the photo shooting session. A great picture in front of the stunning view of the sea, with XIAOMI Ultra 14 frames standing at the outdoor area of the venue, was the last stop as they enjoyed the molecular cocktails, they had already shot with XIAOMI’s 14 smartphones.
The Outcome
An event to remember for all guests and participants, highlighting the innovative features of the XIAOMI 14 Ultra. More than 300 pictures were uploaded form the participants and almost all the attendees share content at their personal SoMe accounts.
